A Bombay import that found its rhythm in Ahmedabad faster than anyone expected. The shakshuka is shockingly good and the playlists genuinely work. Tuesdays are quiet; weekends are war.
It took them about six months to figure out Ahmedabad. The first iteration was too Bombay — too loud, too expensive, too confident. They recalibrated, trimmed the menu, and opened an outdoor section that now fills every evening from October to March.
The coffee is consistent without being exceptional. What keeps people coming back is the atmosphere — the kind of casual, unhurried ease that most cafés in this city try to manufacture but can't. Here it just happens.
