Eight nights of Hindustani and Carnatic performances, beginning at 6pm and running until well after midnight. The audience is extraordinary — people who know the music and stay for all of it.
Design Week Ahmedabad
CEPT University opens its campus for five days of talks, installations, and exhibitions. Architects, designers, and planners from across India gather in a city that was designed by Le Corbusier and Louis Kahn — a context that gives every conversation about the built environment a certain urgency.
Ahmedabad Literature Festival
Less corporate than Jaipur, more intimate than Delhi, and taking place in a city with a genuine literary culture in three languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English. The Ahmedabad Lit Fest hosts 60 to 80 speakers across three days in a restored heritage compound. The Gujarati sessions are the best-attended.

Garba by the Lake
